In short: no account needed, your chats and screenshots are not stored and are deleted once suggestions are ready. No ads, no profiling.

Who we are

Reply Coach (Ne Yazsam?) is developed by Testanbul. For any privacy question or request: info@testanbul.com.

What we process

• Content you send: the message you paste, the screenshot you pick, any note you add, and the mode and tones you choose. It is processed only to write suggestions; it is not stored on our servers and is never written to logs.
• Anonymous user ID: on first launch the app gets a random ID and keeps it in your phone's secure keychain. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or contacts.
• Usage counter: to apply your free daily limit we count how many suggestions you requested that day; the counter is deleted within 2 days.
• Technical logs: IP address and request time are kept for a short period to prevent abuse and overload; content never goes into these logs.
• Subscription status: if you buy Premium, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) handles the payment and we never see your card. Whether your subscription is active is checked through RevenueCat using your anonymous ID.
• Suggestions you report: if you tap "Report" on a suggestion, only that suggestion's text, mode and tone, the reason you pick and your note are stored with your anonymous ID; the message you received and your screenshot are not sent. We read these reports to improve safety.
• Stays on your phone: your language and what you use the app for (dating, friends, work) are stored only on your device.

Who we share it with

We share only the minimum needed to run the service, with these providers:

• Anthropic (USA): suggestions are written by Anthropic's Claude AI model, so the content you send is passed to Anthropic for that purpose. Anthropic does not use it to train models and may keep it only for a limited period for safety, as set out in its commercial terms.
• Hetzner: the infrastructure provider hosting our servers.
• RevenueCat, Apple and Google: subscription purchases, renewals and restores.

What we don't do

• We don't store your chats or screenshots, and we don't store suggestions unless you report one.
• We don't sell your data or use it for advertising, profiling or tracking.
• There are no ads or third-party analytics in the app.
• We don't write messages for harassment, threats, manipulation or deceiving someone.

Other people's messages

Screenshots may include messages from the people you are talking to. Please share only what you need for a suggestion and avoid images with sensitive details such as passwords, ID numbers or health information.

Age

Reply Coach is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Legal basis and your rights

We process data to provide the service you ask for (performance of a contract) and to keep it secure (legitimate interest). Transfers to providers outside your country happen only for these purposes.

Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. In the app, Settings → Delete my data removes your anonymous ID, subscription record and reported suggestions from our servers and your preferences from your phone; daily counters on the server delete themselves within 2 days. Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date on this page and announce important changes in the app.
